At Mount Tabor Lutheran Church, adults are invited to deepen their faith and build meaningful relationships through a variety of opportunities for growth, service, fellowship, and lifelong learning together:
Classes
- 2 adult Sunday School classes – Each Sunday at 9:15 AM
- Weekly Bible Study – During fall and spring, this study offers time for discussion and exploration of a specific Bible book.
Committee Serving
Adults at Mount Tabor have many opportunities to serve and get involved through various church committees.
-
Social Ministry Committee – organizes fellowship events throughout the year
-
Education Committee – helps coordinate children’s programs and Sunday School
-
Worship and Music Committee – contributes to the planning of our worship services

Lutheran Church Women (LCW)
Our Lutheran Church Women gather regularly for fellowship, devotion, service projects, and support of missions both near and far. Whether organizing events, assisting with church functions, or caring for our members and neighbors, the LCW plays a vital role in the life of Mount Tabor.
All women are welcome to join and be a part of this meaningful ministry.

Young at Heart
This ministry is for our “young at heart” adults who enjoy fellowship, fun, and exploring our local community together. From day trips and meals to gatherings with other church groups in the area, Young at Heart offers a wonderful way to stay connected and active.
All are invited to join in—whether you are retired or just enjoy a slower pace and good company.
